Le Chalet Robinson is an iconic venue nestled on an island in the heart of the Bois de la Cambre in Brussels. Both unique and exceptional, our renowned restaurant offers the opportunity to privatise this extraordinary setting for unforgettable private or corporate events.
Who are we looking for?
A dynamic and passionate barman/barmaid to join our current team under a fixed-term contract (until at least 30/09/2025).
Your responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails independently with creativity and consistency
- Serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Keep the bar area clean, tidy and well-organised
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and friendly service
- Contribute to the overall atmosphere and guest experience
- Assist in the dining room when needed, supporting the floor team
Your profile
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques
- Proven experience as a barman/barmaid
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fast and efficient in your work
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude under pressure
- Flexible with working hours (evenings and weekends required)
- Available immediately for the season
