Who are we looking for?

A dynamic and passionate Chef de Rang to join our team on a open-ended contract.

What will your mission be?

• Oversee smooth service operations (table setup, in-depth knowledge of the menu, etc.)
• Supervise bar, floor and back-of-house staff
• Welcome and guide guests from arrival to departure
• Take initiative to improve the daily management of the venue
• Handle payments and close the register

What profile are we looking for?

More than a diploma, we’re looking for a personality:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Fluent in French, with a good command of Dutch and English
• Stress-resistant and proactive
• Customer-oriented and service-minded
• Energetic, motivated and always smiling
• A strong communicator and team player
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Flexible with working hours
• Available quickly

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails independently with creativity and consistency
• Serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Keep the bar area clean, tidy and well-organised
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and friendly service
• Contribute to the overall atmosphere and guest experience
• Assist in the dining room when needed, supporting the floor team

Your profile

• Strong knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques
• Proven experience as a barman/barmaid
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fast and efficient in your work
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude under pressure
